Born just north of San Francisco, the son of a Entrepreneur and real estate investor, Rick Gaviati was born in July of 1960, in Marin County. Rick's real estate career began in 1986 as a property manager. He later founded, Gaviati Bros. Real Estate Partnership, where he bought and sold multi-residential and commercial properties for the partnership, and managed them. He relocated to Southern California in the early nineties, and later joined Fred Sands Realtors in Westlake Village. In December of 2000, Coldwell Banker purchased Fred Sands Realtors. Now with the national strength of Coldwell Banker, Rick is better able to assist his clients on a more global scale. He is currently undertaking his CIPS Certification (Certified International Property Specialist).

Parents to: a Maltese, 3 cats, and 1 Arabian horse
